Set Up Your Account

Get your PayStack account ready and confirm you can log in and access the office.

Steps

  1. Open PayStack and sign in.
  1. Confirm you can access the correct office/location.
  1. Verify your user access is set correctly (roles/permissions).
  1. If prompted, complete any required setup steps (for example, connecting your Practice Management System).

What Happens Next

  • Once your account is set up, you can start taking payments and your activity can sync back to your Practice Management System (PMS) (if connected).

You’ll Know It Worked When

  • You can log in successfully.
  • You can open a patient and see the expected features for your role.

Common Issues

  • Can’t log in: confirm email/credentials, then reset your password.
  • Wrong office or missing patients: confirm you’re in the correct location/office.
  • Missing permissions: ask an admin to update your role so the needed actions are available.
