Get your PayStack account ready and confirm you can log in and access the office.
Steps
- Open PayStack and sign in.
- Confirm you can access the correct office/location.
- Verify your user access is set correctly (roles/permissions).
- If prompted, complete any required setup steps (for example, connecting your Practice Management System).
What Happens Next
- Once your account is set up, you can start taking payments and your activity can sync back to your Practice Management System (PMS) (if connected).
You’ll Know It Worked When
- You can log in successfully.
- You can open a patient and see the expected features for your role.
Common Issues
- Can’t log in: confirm email/credentials, then reset your password.
- Wrong office or missing patients: confirm you’re in the correct location/office.
- Missing permissions: ask an admin to update your role so the needed actions are available.
