Log In and Fix Access Issues

Sign in, reset your password, and resolve common access problems.

Steps

  1. Open PayStack and select Log in.
  1. Enter your email and password.
  1. If you can’t sign in:
      • Use Forgot password to reset your password.
      • Try signing in again.
  1. If you can sign in but can’t access what you need:
      • Confirm you’re in the correct office/location.
      • Confirm your role/permissions include the needed features.

What Happens Next

  • Once you can sign in and access the correct office, you can continue setup and start using PayStack.
  • If access is role-based, an admin must update permissions before features will appear.

You’ll Know It Worked When

  • You can log in successfully.
  • You can open the correct office/location.
  • You can see the pages/features you need for your role.

Common Issues

  • Password reset email didn’t arrive: check spam/junk and confirm the email address is correct.
  • Logged in but seeing the wrong office: switch offices/locations if available, or ask an admin to confirm your assignment.
  • Missing features (buttons/menus): your role may not have permission—ask an admin to update your access.
