Install the PayStack Windows app and confirm it opens and connects correctly.
Steps
- Download the PayStack Windows app installer from your approved source.
- Run the installer on the designated workstation.
- Open the app and sign in (if prompted).
- Confirm you can:
- Access the correct office/location
What Happens Next
- Once installed and signed in, the Windows app can be used for in-office payments, phone payments, and recurring payments.
- If your office uses an integrator, sync behavior depends on the integrator connection and timing.
You’ll Know It Worked When
- The app opens without errors.
- You can log in and see the correct office.
- A basic workflow (open a patient and start a payment) works.
Common Issues
- Installer won’t run: confirm you have the required permissions on the workstation.
- Can’t log in: reset your password and confirm network access.
- App opens but data doesn’t sync: confirm the integrator and PMS integration are connected and allow normal sync timing.
