Install the Windows App

Install the PayStack Windows app and confirm it opens and connects correctly.

Steps

  1. Download the PayStack Windows app installer from your approved source.
  1. Run the installer on the designated workstation.
  1. Open the app and sign in (if prompted).
  1. Confirm you can:
      • Access the correct office/location
      • Search/select a patient
      • Open the payment screen

What Happens Next

  • Once installed and signed in, the Windows app can be used for in-office payments, phone payments, and recurring payments.
  • If your office uses an integrator, sync behavior depends on the integrator connection and timing.

You’ll Know It Worked When

  • The app opens without errors.
  • You can log in and see the correct office.
  • A basic workflow (open a patient and start a payment) works.

Common Issues

  • Installer won’t run: confirm you have the required permissions on the workstation.
  • Can’t log in: reset your password and confirm network access.
  • App opens but data doesn’t sync: confirm the integrator and PMS integration are connected and allow normal sync timing.
